Details on auto thefts
Nearly a dozen residents reported to the Glendale Police Department in the past two weeks that their cars had been stolen overnight.
Most of the residents parked their cars on residential streets. And some forgot to lock their car doors.
Two of the cars stolen were missing auto parts, including a catalytic converter and tires.
One of the stolen cars appeared to be in a collision, which the owner was not involved in and was likely caused by the thief, according to police reports.
