NORTHEAST GLENDALE — College cafeterias across the country are adjusting prices as they try to rein in expenses while discovering new sources of revenue.

CITY HALL — The City Council on Tuesday is expected to allocate nearly $400,000 in state funding for youth and adult employment programs.
